4. SURETY. In addition to the rental fee, the tenant pays a deposit in the amount of [AMOUNT IN WRITTEN DOLLARS] in dollars ($[AMOUNT IN DIGITAL DOLLARS]) before receiving equipment and at the time of signing this contract. This deposit is refunded to the tenant at the end of this agreement, subject to the possibility for the lessor to collect it against any costs or damages incurred. All sums that can be reimbursed to the tenant must be paid at the time of termination of this equipment rental agreement. The guarantor shall be remunerated with an annual interest rate of [PERCENTAGE] from the date of payment to the lessor until the date of repayment on the basis of the total amount of the deposit. When renting equipment, you can choose whether the renter needs insurance to cover loss or damage to the equipment itself, as well as property damage or injury to people while using the equipment. There are a few cases where you have to get out of an equipment rental, especially if you find that it is just a “trap”. The good news is that you have a number of things you can do to terminate the device rental agreement: a landlord and tenant can be either a person or a business depending on the circumstances of the rental. For example, you might own a small business that rents forklifts for construction companies, or you could plan an event and rent audio devices (such as a sound system) to a friend.
In the case of a short-term equipment rental contract, the lessor may give the lessee the choice to renew, terminate the contract or purchase the leased equipment. It depends on the terms of the initial agreement reached and agreed by both parties. 5. RENTAL PERIOD. This Equipment Rental Agreement begins on the effective date mentioned above and expires on [date], unless otherwise terminated in a manner that is in accordance with these Terms. After the expiry of the rental period, the tenant is required to return the appliances to the lessor at the tenant`s expense. 2. PAYMENT TERMS. Rental fees are based on a set of [WRITTEN DOLLAR AMOUNT] dollar ($[NUMERICAL DOLLAR AMOUNT]) per day, plus any additional charges. Additional charges are added if the device is damaged, if parts are missing or returned later than [DATE AND TIME]. All fees begin from the effective date of this Agreement.
The tenant pays the landlord an additional service fee of [AMOUNT IN WRITTEN DOLLARS] in dollars ($[AMOUNT IN DIGITAL DOLLARS]) per day for each day the equipment has not been returned, in addition to the daily rental fee. The owner invoices the customer [PERIOD] and all invoices are due after receipt. It is important that, in some cases, the lease be recorded in the Personnel Security Register in accordance with the Credentials Act 2009 (Commonwealth). This may be the case, for example, when the equipment is leased for more than two years or if the equipment is leased for an indefinite period (more than two years at the end). For more information, see the Australian Financial Security Authority. If in doubt, seek legal advice. 16. EXEMPTION.
The Tenant agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner, its subsidiaries, related companies and senior officers, representatives, partners and employees from any loss, liability, claim, claim or legal proceeding resulting from the use of the Devices, the functionality of the Equipment or a breach of this Agreement. . . .
